Drum Mix Plant

We fabricate a wide range of drum mix plants that has automatic controls to meet all the M.O.R.T.H. Specifications along with the Drying and Mixing unit of the asphalt plant demand complex flight design and heat transfer technology. HIMALAYA thermo drum is miles. ahead competition. The heat is transferred to the aggregates using the conductive, convective and radiation techniques. The unique flight design ensures total heat transfer, a thorough mixing & coating lower emissions and prevention of bitumen oxidation different models with varying capacity.
It is used to produce the highest quality hot Asphalt Mixture. Provided with coating action in the drum mix process it produce a uniform high quality hot mix with equipment that has few wearing parts and requires less maintenance. This plant can travel in one unit including drum mixer, dry dust collector and load out conveyor. Its portability makes this plant ideal for small jobs and the high capacity makes it ideal for big jobs.

Cold Aggregate Bin Feeders

The bins are all-welded and modular in construction, permitting easy addition of bins to meet growing needs. Steep bin wall and valley angles allow free fall of aggregate from the feeders minimizing hold up of materials in the corners and bridging with sticky aggregates.
The bins supplied with adjustable calibrate gate opening and variable speed feeder drives, together offer total Proportional control, greater flexibility and accuracy of operations

Asphalt Tank

Fully insulated tank is equipped with separate low pressure electric burner for heating the asphalt. The positive displacement jacketed asphalt pump is provided with hot oil circulation system, al! pipelines are hot oil jacketed and insulated. The asphalt pump is coupled with reduction gear box and D.C. Motor. Storage capacity range from 15-50 Tons.

Control Panel

Fully computerized control cabin with on board electrical power control console, distribution switch board, fully automatic process and sequence controls are a standard on all Himalaya Drum Mix Series.
The control is equipped with function key and it is easy to operate and requires no skilled persons

Pollution Control Unit (Optional)

Wet dust collector is a venture type high efficiency wet dust collector that maintains the required environmental standards in specified areas. The extreme turbulence type venture design ensures a good entrapping of the dust laden exhaust gas. Large stainless steel spray nozzles provide a clog free operation and assure minimum water make up requirements.

Filler Unit

This unit is provided to add filler /mineral filler from separate Hooper in the Drum Mix Plant. This unit is powered by variable speed DC Drive coupled with gearbox and synchronies with aggregate and Bitumen. Feeding of filler is provided by blower.

Vibrating Screen

Himalaya Drum Mix Plant are supplier with oversize aggregate removal vibratory screens. Any oversize material, detrimental for the heating and mixing thermo drum internals, are screened out ensuring better performance and safety of the plant.
